SilentMind Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SilentMind application or contact our support team.
SilentMind is developed by Iana Eniutina, based in Spain, who is responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy.
For privacy questions, please contact silentmind.support@a-ti.app.
1. Using SilentMind without registration
SilentMind does not require you to create an account. You do not need to provide the developer with your name, email address, telephone number or other contact details to use the app’s meditations, breathing exercises and supportive practices.
We do not collect or store your practice history, selected meditations or emotional states selected within the app on our own servers. These interactions are processed on your device.
The app does not include advertising tracking or third-party analytics services that collect information about your behaviour. We do not use your activity in SilentMind to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Subscriptions and payments through Apple
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. SilentMind uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to check whether you have access to subscription content.
The app receives purchase and subscription status information from StoreKit. It processes this information on your device to provide access, check subscription validity and restore purchases. SilentMind does not transmit this information to a server operated by the developer.
We do not receive your payment card details, your Apple Account password or access to your payment method.
Apple independently processes the information necessary to operate the App Store, handle payments and manage subscriptions. Apple may also provide the developer with purchase and subscription reports, including a developer-specific subscriber identifier and your country or region. Apple’s handling of this information is described in its own privacy policy and App Store privacy notice.
We do not use subscription information for advertising tracking or associate it with your selected meditations or emotional states.
3. Contacting support
When you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send. Your message may also include your name or technical information, such as your device model and app version.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, resolve technical problems or address subscription-related questions. We do not use support correspondence for advertising emails.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, medical records or other information that is unnecessary to resolve your enquiry.
Where processing is necessary to address an enquiry about a service you have purchased, we rely on the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to users and maintaining the app under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Providing information in a support enquiry is voluntary. However, without sufficient information, we may be unable to answer your question or resolve the issue.
4. Access to information and disclosure
Access to support correspondence is limited to what is necessary to handle your enquiry. We use an email service provider to deliver and store support messages.
We do not share support correspondence with advertising networks or allow other parties to use it for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Any such disclosure is limited to the information necessary for that purpose.
Apple’s processing of information in connection with the App Store and subscriptions is governed by Apple’s own privacy documents. This policy does not replace those documents.
5. Retention and deletion
We do not maintain a server-side database of user accounts or practice histories, so the developer does not retain those records.
We retain support correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and resolve the related issue. Information may be kept longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or address a specific dispute. Once these reasons no longer apply, the information is deleted.
To request deletion of support correspondence, email silentmind.support@a-ti.app. If we must retain particular information on a lawful basis, we will explain this in our response.
Deleting SilentMind from your device does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Apple’s subscription settings.
Purchase information held by Apple is not deleted through a request to the SilentMind developer. Requests concerning information independently held by Apple must be directed to Apple.
6. Your privacy rights
For personal data that we actually process, such as support correspondence, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing.
Where the relevant legal conditions apply, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact silentmind.support@a-ti.app and identify the enquiry or information your request concerns. You do not need to create a SilentMind account to exercise these rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). Contacting us does not limit your right to lodge a complaint.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s functionality, the services we use or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
If we introduce functionality involving additional processing of personal data, we will provide the relevant information in advance and obtain consent where required.
